RE: 15.1.2 Navigation

A quick follow-up, to give instructions to use this example:

W == up
S == down
A == left
D == right
Q == tab
Number keys == nav-index hotkey selection
Arrrow keys/mouse == move selected

This might not work in Firefox; try it with ASV in IE/Win.
