order of application of animations from Robin Berjon on 2004-08-09 (www-svg@w3.org from August 2004)

Hi,

I can't find anything (though I probably missed it) as to the order in 
which animations that target the same element are to be applied, notably 
in the presence of xlink:href-defined targets. Right now I am assuming 
that the latest in document order wins, but I couldn't find the part in 
either SMIL or SVG that defines this.
