test message - please ignore

There are a bunch of dead addresses in this list that
are causing valid senders to be removed. This is a test
message so that I can see who is bouncing and remove them
manually.

Meanwhile, the W3C mailing list software is being reconfigured
to avoid this if possible.

BTW: I said please ignore, why are you still reading? :)
