Merging SVG and XML with XSL Transformation

Hi,


I have facing some problem with merging svg and xml with xsl.
xsl is not able to understand what the <svg:svg>  means...
that is specified in the xml file.
Parser is not able to write the content from xml to fo file.

I went throught the site but not able to find solution.

Please Can you help me out or send any examples of merging both 
xml and xsl.
