Bitstream Vera Fonts -- SVG versions

Some people may already be aware that Bitstream donated a number
of fonts to the GNOME project recently. I've converted them
to SVG and made them available from here:

http://www.w3.org/2003/04/vera/

I've included the Vera copyright notice within each file.
I hope I didn't miss any glyphs.
