Good point about CSS3. Definitely, SVG 1.2 will need the namespace
enhancements at a minimum. The pseudo classes also seem useful.

If timing allows, could the WG consider including CSS3 support into SVG
Specifically CSS3 selectors (http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-selectors/) which
think increases the power of CSS a lot (e.g. namespace support, more
powerful attribute checking and pseduo-classes).
