w3c staff out of action

Thanks for the interesting discussion that 
has followed last week's publication.
Jon gave some reasons as to why Chris and
Dean haven't been answering email. I'll add
that we are both in a meeting this week, which
may mean that we answer no email or all email,
depending on our attitude regarding the meeting
at the time :)
