glad you liked it, Actually it should have worked in both IE and amaya
as it was (and presumably in an svg enabled mozilla, but I don't have an
svg build any more to test that). It is better to have the slightly
longer prefixes in the stylesheet, as I had them.

The document does not need to use the same prefixes (or any prefixes at
all) any elements in the svg and mathml namespaces will be normalised by
the stylesheet to use whatever prefix it specified in the microsoft
behaviour setup.
