Hey there,

Started to read through SVG 1.1. This is looking good...

At http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-SVG11-20020108/#id5191469: "The SVG user
agent will position the text based on the properties, not the elements
or their tag names."

If this is what I what I think it would do then I really like it. Does
this mean that a user agent should implement the CSS block model?
