Problem with coords on centimeters based SVG graphic

Hello everybody,

We are on the development of a new-SVG export of CAD files.
I work on a plan which is on centimeter/millimeters units so we have coords of type : 1000000, -1000000

The problem is that for small "segments" (about one or two units), the line doesn't appear, as if there was a "buffer" on the adobe SVG viewer.

Is anybody have an answer for this problem?
