Transforming XML into SVG

Hi,

   I have been practiced with SVG, but till now I always fail to transfer XML into SVG. I've looked the IBM Site from Doug Tidwell, but still after I followed the instruction, I didn't get my SVG (Image), but there was no error with the XML and XSL file, only the SVG was not appeared.

   Anyone can help me?
