Second release of SVG testsuite

The W3C SVG Working Group is pleased to announce the second public release
of the SVG test suite. This release comprises 127 tests, which have been
updated to the latest SVG specification and extensively tested.

Also available is a table showing the results of testing six SVG rendering
implementations against this test suite.
