Thanks for the report. You are correct. SVGAngleList is defined and not 
used. It needs to be removed from the IDL.

The version of the spec you mention is a group-only (i.e., non-public) 
draft which represents work-in-progress towards an updated CR draft spec. 
We hope that an updated public draft of the CR will be available within a 
week or two.
