According to the SVG WD of 2000/03/03, section 18.2 describes the script
element as having an attribute 'type'. However, in section 18.5, this
attribute seems to have been renamed 'language'.

Similarly, in section 10.12, the glyphSub element has an attribute 'font'
which seems to have been renamed 'fontFamily' in the corresponding
SVGGlyphSubElement definition in section 10.15.
