An observation: In WD 2000/03/03, there are a number of attributes defined
in the DTDs that don't appear in the interface IDL definitions. Examples
include contentScriptType and contentStyleType in the svg element, and
externalResourcesRequired which appears in many elements. Since these
attributes aren't defined in the interfaces, the user won't be able to
access/modify them through SVG (though presumably they will still be able
to use DOM::getAttribute() and DOM::setAttribute()?).
