In the WD of 2000/03/03, in Section 15.24 discussing the
SVGFEMorphologyElement interface, the attribute 'operator' is described as
follows:

"unsigned short operator
	Corresponds to attribute operator on the given 'feMorphology' element. 
Takes on one of the Channel Selectors"

Should this actually read "...takes on one of the Morphology Operators"?
