SVGList Interfaces

I noticed that the new spec does not have a definition for the
SVGPointList interface.  I assume the interface is:

interface SVGPointList :  SVGList {
}

Or are there some additional functions?  Also, what is the reason that the
design committee decided to not create a SVGPathSegList?
