   I want to know is there any volunteers who translate the SVG related documents into Chinese. 
   If not, I'd like to help you to do this job.
   I got my P.h. D degree in GIS technology and had good understanding on computer graphics. Now, I'm a software project manager in a computer company, working on Web based GIS.
