SVGElement inheritance in SVGDOM

Since the new version of the spec. has done away single inheritance, isn't 
it a better idea to have elements that have embedded CSSStyleDeclaration 
attributes inherit from ElementCSSInlineStyle instead.  Also, is there any 
plans to make a new interface, call it SVGRectRegion for argument purposes, 
which contains the attributes x,y, width, height.  SVGImageElement, 
SVGUseElement, SVGRectElement, SVGMaskElement, SVGSVGElement and 
SVGPatternElement could then inherit from this interface rather than having 
all six define the same attributes.
