SVGPathSeg::parentPath

The IDL for the SVGPathSeg interface includes a readonly attribute called
parentPath with type Path.  I've searched the archives and the w3.org site
for information regarding this mysterious Path type without success.  Can
anyone point me to some information about it? eg interface/implementation
details etc.
