	[DJW:]  Please try to think of SVG as augmenting
	HTML, not replacing it.  SVG used as the primary
	web page authoring language will cause real accessiblity
	problems.  Accessiblity is an issue that is reflected
	in the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and their design
	of HTML (the latter from when TimBL first devised it).
	(Accesibility requirements are also being added to 
	national legislation and contract compliance programs.)
