In the recently released Candidate Recommendation, Section 5.10 describes
the SVGElementInstance interface.  This interface contains an attribute
length which is described as follows:

readonly SVGElementInstance length
The number of SVGElementInstance objects in the list. The range of valid
child indices is 0 to length-1 inclusive.

Presumably this attribute is intended to be a number of some sort
(unsigned long?) and not an SVGElementInstance?
