"A polygon into another polygon"

Dear Sir/Madam,

I work using the SVG viewer to show maps through the WEB. I have a doubt and I am not sure about how the SVG format specifies a polygon into another polygon (as for example the area of a lake which has an island in the middle), better known such as "donnuts".
