Dear SVG'ers

A CSS2 parser that outputs a DOM2 CSS hierarchy is now available.
Implemented as a set of Java classes, it can be downloaded from the
Steady State Software website at http://www.steadystate.com/css/.

It is hoped that this will be of interest to developers of SVG renderers, to
which end a sample program is included. It demonstrating an XML file that
links to an external style sheet, has a <style> element, and elements with
"style" attributes.

This is a beta release, and will remain so at least until DOM level 2
becomes
a recommendation.

With regards,
David Schweinsberg
