SVG Implementations page

I have just linked in an SVG Implementations page [1] to the W3C SVG
page [2]. If there are any inaccuracies or outdated information, or if
there are any implementations missing, please let me know [3]. I am
particularly interested in new format converters, and in dynamic
server-side SVG generators.

I will add screenshots as I accumulate them.
