Netscape 4 for Win95 hangs on any document that uses @import, at least in 
my quick test with an embedded style sheet.  It doesn't actually crash, it 
just refuses to show the document and acts like it's still loading.  I 
have to admit that it's difficult to work around such obvious and 
detrimental bugs in a release version of a browser that will probably be 
used by the majority on the Web.
