This is a good plan which I have heard several people mention who are
ramping up to DSSSL support. James Clark apparently reckons it is two
hours work to write a CSS -> DSSSL import filter although whose two
hours he didn't say. As an implementation strategy it seems sound, though,
assuming that DSSSL can describe all of CSS which I am informed it does,
or can do via it's extension mechanism.
