I have updated the results page

Summarized test results: CSS3 Writing Modes, Bidi
https://www.w3.org/International/tests/repo/results/writing-modes-bidi

It shows that Firefox and Chrome (and Opera) now pass all tests,
including those related to isolation and plaintext using the standard
syntax.

Safari doesn't pass the isolation and plaintext related tests with the
standard syntax, but does with a prefix (as before). If the Apple folks
were to flip the switch to use the standard syntax, we'd have very good
support.

Edge hasn't changed.
