Ah, great, thanks a lot for enlightening me.

But, yet, why is the list incomplete then? I have tested Firefox and IE. 
Both, for example, do neither transition background nor box-shadow. Yet, in 
the spec, Firefox has passed all tests.

Shouldn't the spec's test suite be amended to reflect the more difficult use 
cases, too?
