It’s meant to be processed by Bikeshed (yes, that’s the name of the tool) which produces valid HTML. https://github.com/tabatkins/bikeshed I suggest to either use your imagination to read this, use Bikeshed yourself to get a rendered version, or bug Tab to publish and maintain a rendered version. -- Simon Sapin
