Bobby,

Just a side note. Safari 7 (and the upcoming 8) has support for region
breaks in these properties:

-webkit-region-break-after
                  
                  
                  
                
                
                  
                  -webkit-region-break-before
                  
                  
                  
                
                
                  
                  -webkit-region-break-inside


They were implemented based on an earlier draft. If/when the specification
advances, I expect the unprefixed version of regions in Safari and IE to
have the region break syntax defined in the current draft.
