Like it says on the Current Work page, it is severely outdated
and needs a rewrite:
   http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/current-work
And yes, the editor's draft is currently called css-inline.
You might want to review the Seoul F2F minutes from May:

It's probably not worth referencing for anything at this point,
unless you're helping with the rewrite. :)
