[CFC] Media Queries 3 errata items

Florian noted that we neglected to record resolutions for the following two errata items at the f2f, despite having reached agreement.

So unless I hear objections by end of day (PST) Friday, February 7, 2014, I'll consider these resolved approved:

Typo in example 41, "device-max-height" needs to be replaced by "max-device-height"

2) http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2013Nov/0125.html
and
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2014Jan/0562.html

This sentence "it is never necessary to apply the style sheet in order to evaluate expressions." should be replaced by
"Unless another feature explicitly specifies that it affects the resolution of Media Queries, it is not necessary to apply stylesheets in order to evaluate expressions."



I also need a volunteer to make the appropriate additions to the existing errata document, Bert?
