Could somebody clarify what that issue is, exactly? None of the drafts I
checked identify an issue as "issue 1". There is

It then seems the actual decision was "allow [flow-from] to apply to
elements and existing block pseudos, and allow it to apply to more
pseudos when they get invented." Is that what Bert formally objects to,
assuming he is the one registering the objection?
