The CSS WG has published an updated Working Draft of the !!!!CSS Foo Module Level #!!!!:

     http://www.w3.org/TR/css-writing-modes-3/

CSS Writing Modes Level 3 defines CSS support for various international
writing modes, such as left-to-right (e.g. Latin or Indic), right-to-left
(e.g. Hebrew or Arabic), bidirectional (e.g. mixed Latin and Arabic) and
vertical (e.g. Asian scripts).

This WD publication provides an update from the previous 2012 publication
while the last remaining issues are sorted out prior to Last Call.

Significant changes are listed at:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-css-writing-modes-3-20131024/#changes

Please send any comments to the www-style mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>,
and please, prefix the subject line with

     [css-writing-modes]

(as I did on this message).
