Re: [css3-fonts] Error handling of unicode-range

Hi John,

Please find attached a patch from fantasai and I based on the CVS source 
file. This patch:

* Rewrites the syntax definition of unicode-range
* Removes the sentence on whitespace being ignored around commas. This 
is covered by the '#' grammar multiplier.
* Remove the part on implied zero before question marks, it is not needed.
* Add in the Changes section that the syntax is stricter now.
