[css3-background] fixed attachment vs. positioning area vs. box-decoration-break

Hi,

Two editorial suggestions:

1. Add a note in the definition of the 'fixed' value of the 
'background-attachment' property:

     Note: This value also affects the <a
     href=#background-positioning-area>background positioning area</a>.

The corresponding normative text is already in the definition of the 
background positioning area.


2. Add a note in the definition of the 'box-decoration-break' property:

    Note: this property has no effect on background layers with
    'background-attachment: fixed'.


It took me a while to figure out how these things interact (and which 
parts of the spec define it), so maybe such notes can help the next reader.
