[css3-lists] missing definition/reference of <image>

Hi folks,

This is mainly editorial. 

CSS3 lists and counters defines the list-style-image property
as <image> or none. However, the spec never defines what an <image> is
nor references the CSS3 images spec.

(I did check the Editors' draft and there's a paragraph under an
anchor for <image> that's self-referencing, has a link to "invalid
image" in CSS3 images but not to what a valid one may be, and no mention 
of CSS3 images in the normative references).
