[css-background] No reference to CSS Image Values and Replaced Content

The Value Types section of the Backgrounds and Borders spec [1] currently doesn't explicitly refer to the CSS Image Values and Replaced Content spec [2]. It defines <image> = <uri> and mentions that the values of that module can be expanded by other modules.
Since image lists and gradients are a very common use case, I believe referring to the CSS Images spec as another example would help here.
