| If people think if it's easiest to present their ideas in the form | of alternative specs, that's fine. Sorry, it seems I misinterpreted Kang-Hao's prose. I thought he was asking for a "spec for implementors" and a "spec for web authors", both coexisting at the same time (even after the first CR-ed) but using different names for the same thing (the first to make things easy to understand for implementors, the second to make things easy to understand for web authors). I'm completely fine with people making their own specs as part of their proposals. Actually, this is a very nice idea.
