Just a quick note to announce that a new working draft of the CSS3 Fonts spec was published this week. http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-css3-fonts-20121211/ Significant changes/additions: - definition of font load events (comment from Twitter: "at bloody last" [1]) - revision of the CSSFontFaceRule interface - syntax of @font-feature-values rules revised - defined font matching steps for clusters - font-stretch values are now included in the font shorthand - miscellaneous other tasty treats [2] In short, as my daughter unfortunately likes to say, it's "more better". As always, please post any and all comments, preferably well-reasoned, insightful ones, to www-style and godspeed.
