Dean,

You filed a bug some time ago [1] to ask what happens to em resolution when
font-size is animated. As far as I can tell all browsers recompute the em
sizes as appropriate while font-size animates.

Could you elaborate on what you had in mind? I am trying to figure out what
would need to be specified here; or even whether anything needs specifying
at all.
