Re: [CSS21] computed value for percentage 'height'

I should in fairness say that some reasons for the computed value to be
'auto' are that it's already been part of the spec like that for a while,
and has been implemented by at least one UA.

If it were to be kept, then I'd recommend changing "computes to" to the
more explicit "the computed value is", and I'd be inclined to add
something to section 6.1.2 or 6.1.3 giving 'height' as an example of the
boundary between the calculations involved for computed values compared
to used values.

(However, I currently still favour making the computed value be the
specified percentage.)
