Hi,

Due to being over-constrained I have not been able to give CSSOM, CSSOM  
View, and to a lesser extent Media Queries, the attention they deserve. I  
have decided to give up on editing these documents and resign from the CSS  
WG to be able to focus on my activities elsewhere. It has been great  
working with you all.
