[css3-regions][css3-exclusions] Updates to editor drafts - Prototype implementation

Hello,

Following some early review feedback, I have posted new versions of the editor drafts for CSS Regions and CSS Exclusions with editorial changes (typos, references, rewordings) and a couple additional issues:

Later today, there will be a prototype implementation available at:

http://www.adobe.com/go/cssregions

This could help reviewing the specification, see more examples and experiment with the proposed features and syntax.
