The CSS WG published an update for the 2D Transforms module:

A list of changes is included.
Note that the name of the module is very likely going to change to just "CSS Transforms" in the next version, because the plan is to merge the CSS 3D transforms and the SVG Transforms into it.

[css3-2d-transforms]
in the Subject line, as I did on this message.
