FWIW, I've given up limiting the HTML style sheet to what's in public 
drafts, so feel free to update the relevant bug with what the CSS should 
be and I'll update the HTML spec accordingly. The HTML spec already has 
lots of stuff that's not yet in CSS drafts, like 'binding: checkbox' and 
':ltr', as well as some rather experimental stuff, like 'unicode-bidi: 
plaintext' and the like. I'll keep updating the spec as stuff changes.
