Simplified/Traditional Chinese

http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-text/#text-emphasis

I haven't left feedback on CSS specs before and don't know if this spec is
still being developed, but in the linked section there's an example which
is an odd mix of simplified/traditional, which I doubt is intentional. It
looks like a typical mistake made by someone who knows Japanese but not
Chinese (as 國/国 is simplified in Japanese while 華/华 is not).

Current: 中華人民共和国
Simplified: 中华人民共和国
Traditional: 中華人民共和國
