Mozilla's implementation philosophy is that when /syndata.html
and /grammar.html are not in agreement, /grammar.html is wrong.  All
such instances *should* be fixed, but since my *personal* opinion is
that /grammar.html is worse than useless, I can't bring myself to care
that much.
