W3C CVS For Dummies - 1st draft

Because it took me far too long to figure out how to use CVS with the
W3C's setup, and I needed help doing it, I've documented the steps I
had to go through (and various errors I encountered, along with
diagnoses and fixes)

I'm hoping this helps more folks working on CSS specs get up to speed
faster with editing CSS specs directly, so that we can all make more
progress faster on all the specs.
